1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tailormaid Marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices include VAT where applicable and may change without prior notice. Tailormaid reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Bulk pricing is available for qualifying orders as specified on each product page.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Paystack. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Tailormaid does not store your card details. An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrectly supplied items. Cut fabrics cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including logos, product images, and text, is the property of Tailormaid Marketplace Ltd and is protected by Nigerian copyright law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
